Hello!
New Alert: Knightscope, Inc. (NASDAQ: KSCP)
KSCP is our new NASDAQ high growth alert.
We believe this could be one of the most under-the-radar opportunities today.
KSCP just announced that “Revenue Up 228% Year Over Year to a Record $9.0 Million – Second Consecutive Record Quarter”.
Moreover, its all-new flagship robot debuts at the industry's biggest security show this month!
Plus, the company is in one of the hottest sectors today, autonomous robotics and AI, applied to physical security.
KSCP is a NASDAQ listed “Silicon Valley managed service provider” and “security technology company building the nation's first Autonomous Security Force”.
KSCP is also the only American, publicly traded company in autonomous security – US-only operations, no foreign parent, American-controlled end to end.
KSCP “combines autonomous machines, advanced orchestration software, and licensed armed and unarmed security agents to help protect people, property, and critical infrastructure”.
KSCP “serves 434 clients across 42 states” with “commercial and government clients across the United States. Built in America to Secure America”
To date, Knightscope has more than 10,000 machines and agents in its network, while its autonomous machines have “logged more than 4.4 million autonomous hours in the field.”
Key verticals — security wherever people live, work, study & visit:
Retail
Enterprise
Healthcare
Hospitality
Critical Infrastructure
Education
Transportation
Government
KSCP is advancing a unified “Hardware + Software + Humans” strategy to deliver a fully integrated, outcomes-driven security platform.
By combining its ASRs, the Signals command platform, Mission Intelligence human-in-the-loop remote monitoring, and its security force response capabilities, KSCP is positioning itself to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end security solutions that improve deterrence, detection, response times, and overall effectiveness – a fully managed service provider that is a first in the industry.”
The market opportunity is large.
KSCP “believes the U.S. physical security market represents an estimated $230 billion annual opportunity and that a vertically integrated delivery model is the strategic path to capture a greater share of that spend.”
The problem: Security spending keeps rising. Outcomes don't.
Currently, most solutions on the market are:
“Expensive - Coverage scales linearly with headcount. 24/7 protection needs multiple personnel per post; rising wages and overtime inflate cost without improving outcomes”
“Fragmented - Guards, cameras, robots, sensors, monitoring and software operate in silos. Most infrastructure isn't actively monitored or operational, and generally lacks real-time intelligence.”
“Unaccountable - Cameras detect but don't decide or respond or deter. Systems are watched only after an incident for investigations. No single provider owns deterrence, escalation, response and documentation.”
Here is how that looks in the real world:
“The guard company can't see the cameras. The camera vendor can't dispatch the guards. The AI tool can't hear the radios. Access control runs on a separate login. Every vendor sends a separate invoice – and none is accountable when something happens at 3 a.m”
KSCP provides “The only model that owns the whole outcome.”
KSCP isn't a fleet of robots – “it's a compounding intelligence system. Every contract adds machines and humans; every machine and human adds data; every signal sharpens the AI that wins the next contract – a moat no point-vendor can cross.”
And the results show up in the field. At one commercial site, security incidents fell from 20 a month to one for the entire year. Another deployment recorded zero vehicle break-ins in ten months, down from one to two every week.
The business model behind all of it is Machine-as-a-Service: a bundled, recurring subscription combining hardware, software and human support under one contract. In the second quarter, approximately 96% of revenue was recurring, with $8.6 million of the company's $9.0 million in revenue coming from recurring service revenue.
And much of the runway is already inside the door. Across its top five Security Force clients, the company estimates more than $850 million in annual security spend, of which KSCP holds less than 2%. An estimated 200,000+ legacy blue-light towers across the US offer a further retrofit path onto the same platform.
KSCP has announced multiple accomplishments recently.
Earlier this year, the company announced:
“Knightscope Acquires Event Risk to Accelerate Autonomous Security Force Strategy”
“This is a strategic move in building the Nation's First Autonomous Security Force,” said William Santana Li, Chairman and CEO of Knightscope. “Security buyers are forced to purchase disconnected products and services today – but what they ultimately need is accountability and outcomes. By integrating licensed response services with autonomous machines and AI-driven orchestration software, we are building a unified operating model designed to deliver deterrence, detection, and response as one coordinated system.”
In March, the company announced:
“Knightscope Quadruples Workforce to Over 400 Strong”
In April, the company announced:
“Knightscope and Carnegie Mellon University Enter Into Letter Agreement”
“5-Year Collaboration and Establishment of the National Security Robotics Lab in Silicon Valley”
Five graduate students from Carnegie Mellon's Robotics Institute are already building an advanced AI feature for the K7.
In May, the company announced:
“Knightscope Announces Nearly $4 Million in New and Recurring Contracts”
KSCP announced “approximately $3.8 million in new and recurring contracts across eight verticals”.
“The contracts span critical infrastructure, retail and consumer, healthcare and life sciences, industrial and energy, gaming and hospitality, higher education, commercial real estate, and technology and telecom. Critical infrastructure represented the largest share of bookings, anchored by engagements with a major California county government, the federal government, multiple major metropolitan law enforcement and emergency response agencies, a U.S. national laboratory, regional transit, aviation and port authorities, and dozens of state and county transportation and government programs across the country.”
“Clients across the country are tired of buying products and getting fragmented results. They want outcomes, and they want one accountable provider,” said William Santana Li, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Knightscope. “That is exactly what we are building: one provider, one platform, one accountable force.”
In July, the company announced “136 New Hires to Support Expanding Client Deployments Nationwide”.
The workforce expansion “reflects the Company's continued evolution toward a technology-enabled managed services provider that delivers security at scale by combining autonomous technologies with trained security personnel who support client deployments nationwide.”
On August 12, 2026, the company announced:
“Knightscope Reports Record Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results”
KSCP “announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue for the quarter was $9.0 million, an increase of 228% compared with $2.7 million in the second quarter of 2025 and a new quarterly record for the Company – its second consecutive record quarter. Knightscope now serves 434 clients across 42 states.”
It was the follow-through on a first quarter in which revenue rose 106% to $6.0 million and consolidated gross margin turned positive, followed by a second consecutive quarter of positive gross margin in Q2.
Here are some of the company's recent “business and operational highlights”:
“Security Force integration on plan: The integration of the Company's recent acquisition – now its Security Force – is proceeding as planned, with the teams collaborating on the H1 wearable that will define the future Augmented Security Agent (ASA) and working to expand offerings across the current client base.”
“K7 on track for second half of 2026 deployments: The K7, Knightscope's all-new autonomous security robot, passed its Alpha Prototype gate review and is moving into the Beta Prototype phase, with initial deployments expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. Client interest in K7 deployment continues to grow, and the Company's partnership with Carnegie Mellon University has its graduate robotics program working directly on autonomous patrol technology under the guidance of Knightscope's engineering team.”
“Signals platform underway: Significant work is underway on the Company's all-new Signals platform, designed to orchestrate its autonomous robots, stationary devices, sensors, augmented security agents, and Mission Intelligence remote monitoring – an industry first that combines pioneering proprietary 3D digital twin technology with AI agents to eliminate blind spots and provide an industry-first, proof-of-work audit trail.”
“Growth with discipline: The team cut assembly time for one of the Company's product lines by almost 80%, restructured the field service network in Northern California and the Northeast region through local service provider relationships, insourced field services in Southern California to improve service while lowering delivery costs, significantly deepened the technical team, and recruited multiple senior executives with a track record of scaling companies.”
In addition, last week, the company announced:
“Knightscope's Edwin "Eddie" Vasquez Named Finalist for 2026 US OSPA Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director of the Year”
“One of Knightscope's Agents recognized among the nation's top contract security managers/directors as part of the 11th annual US Outstanding Security Performance Awards”
Here are some of the comments from this press release:
"Eddie's nomination is a reflection of the exceptional standard our Knightscope Agents bring to every client relationship, every single day," said William Santana Li, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Knightscope. "Being named a finalist among the best contracted managers in the country is a tremendous honor, and it's one that's fully earned. On behalf of everyone at Knightscope, congratulations, Eddie. We're proud to have you on our team. Now let's bring home the win!"
Plus:
"This recognition reflects the dedication, collaboration, and commitment to excellence demonstrated by the incredible teams I've had the privilege of working with. I'm grateful to my colleagues, mentors, clients, and everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. It's an honor to be recognized among such accomplished professionals, and I look forward to celebrating the achievements of all the finalists," said Edwin "Eddie" Vasquez, Knightscope Site Director of Security. "Thank you to the OSPAs for this recognition."
Furthermore, KSCP has several big upcoming catalysts this month:
“Knightscope to Unveil the Autonomous Security Force at GSX 2026”
“Knightscope Leaders to Take the Stage at GSX 2026”
KSCP “announced it will be exhibiting at GSX 2026, the Global Security Exchange, Booth #3905, September 14-16, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.”
This is a big opportunity for the company:
“The show is expected to draw more than 14,000 security professionals from around the world, according to show organizers, with more than 500 exhibits and 200 education sessions, and Knightscope will use the stage to debut its Autonomous Security Force to the public.”
Importantly:
“The Company will unveil its full Autonomous Security Force lineup under one roof for the first time - Hardware + Software + Humans as one integrated operation. On display: the all-new K7 Autonomous Security Robot, the K5 Autonomous Security Robot, the K1 Hemisphere, the K1 Capsule, and the K1 Super Tower in 7', 14', and 21' configurations, alongside a first look at the H1 Augmented Security Agent prototype and the Signals platform, Knightscope's forthcoming command interface and operational digital twin.”
Here are some of the company's comments:
"For too long, CSOs have had to stitch together cameras, software, guards, and other services from multiple vendors, with no single entity being held accountable," said William Santana Li, Chairman and CEO of Knightscope. "At GSX, we will show up as one force, one contract, one team, one accountable operation. Autonomous machines, AI-driven software, and licensed armed and unarmed security agents, all working together. That's not a product showcase. That's the Force this country needs, and we are building it."
Looking ahead, “In the second half of 2026, the Company expects to deliver on three priorities:
Initial K7 deployments will start in the fourth quarter.
The initial launch of Signals, the Company's orchestration platform.
Continued execution consistent with the last two record quarters.”
3 reasons to look at KSCP:
“A new category, not a product.”
“Recurring revenue at scale” – “generating recurring revenue across 434 clients in 42 states.”
“A widening moat.” – “Proprietary technology platform expands margin as autonomy density rises. Flywheel of deployments yields more data for AI to improve outcomes”.
KSCP could be positioned for high growth.
Make sure to do your own due diligence.
