Hello!
We wanted to give you a quick intraday update on our new alert, Starfighters Space, Inc. (NYSE American: FJET).
Following our alert this morning, FJET opened at 1.84 with a high so far of 1.88.
Over the past few weeks, FJET has been building a base, creating what we believe could become a launchpad for a big move higher.
FJET has a 20 day moving average of 2.06 – a breakout and close above this level could present increased upside potential.
FJET has a 50 day moving average of 3.09, +67% upside from today’s open.
In June, FJET traded as high as 10.55, +473% above today’s open.
Since then, the company has announced multiple growth catalysts.
The industry is undergoing a massive transformation and one of the big beneficiaries could be FJET.
FJET is the “commercial space company operating the world's only commercial fleet of flight-ready Mach 2+ supersonic aircraft”.
In July, the company announced:
“Starfighters Space: FAA Proposal for Relaxed Supersonic Regulations Could Expand Future Opportunities for Aviation and Spaceflight”
FJET “welcomed the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) proposed rule to modernize how civil supersonic flight over land is regulated in the United States. The proposal would replace the longstanding speed-based restriction with a performance-based certification framework that reflects advances in aircraft technology and noise mitigation.”
“The FAA's proposal represents a significant step toward replacing decades-old flight regulations with a modern approach based on measurable ground-level sonic overpressure rather than a blanket prohibition on civil supersonic flight. The proposed framework is intended to encourage innovation while maintaining public safety and environmental standards.”
As the company further explains:
“Starfighters Space currently conducts authorized supersonic flight operations under existing regulations. The Company believes a modernized regulatory framework would create new opportunities for commercial customers seeking real-world high-speed flight environments for research, technology development, training, testing and validation.
The proposal also comes as the space industry continues to explore commercial supersonic and hypersonic flight-test capabilities, including concepts for dedicated test corridors over sparsely populated regions such as those surrounding Midland International Air & Space Port in West Texas. If developed, such a corridor could expand access to inland air-launch of orbital payloads and high-speed flight testing for commercial space companies, government agencies, universities, and defense organizations.
"Starfighters Space has long believed reusable airborne platforms can play an important role in accelerating space innovation," Franta added. "As demand continues to grow for hypersonic technologies, advanced propulsion systems, and next-generation sensors, a modern regulatory framework can help support continued investment in commercial flight testing while reinforcing America's leadership in space."
The Company intends to participate in the FAA's public rulemaking process and looks forward to working with regulators, industry stakeholders, and research organizations as the proposed framework advances. Starfighters believes performance-based regulations can support continued innovation while preserving the highest standards of public safety.”
In August, the company announced:
“Starfighters Space Supports Space Ready 2.0 Act to Modernize Shared Infrastructure at NASA Centers”
House and Senate legislation would enable voluntary private investment in infrastructure supporting growing government and commercial space operations
FJET “announced its support for the Space Ready 2.0 Act, introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives as H.R. 9651 by Congressman Mike Haridopolos (R-FL-8) and in the U.S. Senate as S. 4905 by Senator Ashley Moody (R-FL).”
The proposed legislation would authorize NASA to establish a pilot program allowing the agency to work with public and private entities to improve shared infrastructure at NASA centers, including Kennedy Space Center. The program would enable voluntary contributions toward eligible infrastructure projects without establishing a new federal spending program.
Tim Franta, CEO of Starfighters Space commented:
"As a commercial operator at Kennedy Space Center, we see firsthand how infrastructure built for an earlier era of spaceflight is now supporting a growing mix of government and commercial space operations," said Tim Franta, CEO of Starfighters Space. "The Space Ready 2.0 Act would provide a practical framework for NASA and its commercial partners to work together to modernize the shared infrastructure on which their missions depend, without creating a new federal spending program. Maintaining modern and reliable spaceport infrastructure is essential to supporting continued growth on the Space Coast and preserving American leadership in space."
As the company further explains:
“Kennedy Space Center has evolved into a multi-user spaceport supporting NASA missions, commercial launch providers, space companies, research organizations, and other government users. As activity on the spaceport continues to increase, modern and resilient roads, utilities, pipelines, facilities, and other shared infrastructure are becoming increasingly important to mission readiness and operational reliability.”
“Starfighters Space has expanded its operations at Kennedy Space Center and relies on shared infrastructure to support its high-speed flight operations, space research, payload testing, and future air-launch development activities.”
“Starfighters Space joins other commercial space companies and Space Coast stakeholders in supporting the legislation and its goal of enabling voluntary private-sector participation in infrastructure improvements that directly support NASA and commercial missions.”
We are continuing to monitor FJET for a sustainable breakout higher.
