We wanted to give you a quick intraday update on our new alert, Cemtrex Inc. (NASDAQ: CETX).
Following our alert this morning, CETX opened at 1.20 and has already rallied to a high of 1.38 (+15% gains) - moving in the right direction right out of the gate.
This could be just the start of a much bigger breakout opportunity.
The history on CETX is compelling.
After our alert in November, CETX rallied +250% in just a couple of weeks.
The stock has shown it can make big moves - and the setup today looks similar.
Here are the key levels to watch:
A few weeks ago, CETX traded as high as 1.74 - that is +45% above today's open.
A breakout and close above that level could really set this one in motion.
CETX also has a 200-day moving average of 6.80 - that is +466% above today's open.
Now, it doesn't need to rally anywhere near that level to produce massive gains.
But that gap tells you just how much room exists on the chart if momentum builds.
The fundamental backdrop supports the setup.
CETX is a NASDAQ-listed diversified industrial and technology company operating across Security, Industrial, and Aerospace & Defense - three of the hottest sectors in the market right now.
Revenue has grown every single year for five consecutive years, reaching $76.5 million in FY2025.
And in its most recent quarter, the company reported 17% revenue growth with cash surging 312% year over year to $20.5 million.
The newest catalyst is the company's Aerospace & Defense segment, anchored by Invocon - an acquisition completed in January 2026 with nearly four decades of defense program experience.
Just this month, Invocon was selected for a U.S. Navy SBIR Phase I contract in Naval Mine Warfare, its first significant government win under CETX ownership.
We are watching for CETX to hold above today's open of 1.20, make a push through the recent high of 1.74, and close near the highs of the day as confirmation of a new leg higher.
